Opal Kinesiology – Kas Brewer
Kas is our Kinesiologist - she has a passion for helping people to lead a better life by providing a holistic service for a variety of ailments. She specialises in adults with stress, anxiety, sleep issues, menopausal symptoms and many more.
To explain kinesiology which is the ‘study of movement’ – the body is full of energy, it doesn’t leave the body but constantly moves around it. With the demands of our busy lives, the energy can easily get out of balance and unhealthy pressure and stress can cause physical and emotional imbalances. By using gentle muscle monitoring, (biofeedback), we are directed to the cause of their problems and to the correction needed.
Kas is also a Massage Therapist, providing relaxation massage to help reduce levels of stress and anxiety. Sessions start from 20 minutes for neck and shoulders to 1 hour for a full body massage.
Kas is a keen runner and enjoys most fitness and sporting activities to keep mentally and physically fit and healthy.
